Yes, the BUSINESS Hosting Plan offered with this deal is sufficient for a small to medium size business. Email storage in the only consideration if you are using your Mobile devices for email.

POP3 and IMAP are different protocols (methods) of managing your emails which impact the disk-space on the Web Server.

POP3 downloads email from the Web Server to your local computer (Desktop/Notebook) and Outgoing Mail is also stored on your local computer, which means the Web Server isn’t continually storing the emails.

IMAP on the other hand DOES NOT download emails from the Web Server, but rather allows your devices to view the emails stored on the Web Server and the Web Server disk-space is used for email storage.

Using IMAP means using disk-space on the web server, which is limited according to the size of the hosting plan and while you can always increase the hosting plan, it becomes costly.

Why this is important to understands, is because MOBILE DEVICES use IMAP as the default method for email because they don’t have sufficient built in storage (disk-space).

So, while the BUSINESS HOSTING PLAN we provide is sufficient to run your business, how you manage email is something you need to consider…

TIP: For clients that foresee the extensive use of their MOBILE devices for email, we recommend linking the email accounts with a GMAIL Account and allowing GMAIL to handle the email storage. Contact us if necessary to learn more!

Due to the setup costs we incurr with this deal, we ask for payment upfront in full. We do have a very fair refund/cancellation policy if necessary (see next faq).

Normally we’d ask R50% of R2950 for the website + R900 for the Hosting Plan in advance, so there is very little difference. And again we honour our refunds if/when necessary.

• Within 48-hours – 100% Refund (less 3.4% bank fees).
• After commencement of work refunds will be subject to work already completed.
• If we simply don’t get along; a suitable refund will also be applicable subject to mutual agreement.
• A Payment/Refund forfeit will apply if you fail to supply the needed content within 6-weeks from date or order*.

* We need your content to continue the build; prolonged delays in your supplying the content will result in project cancellation with no refund payable.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will email you to commence the setup process. This usually occurs within 48-hours of the order being received (Orders received over weekends/holidays, may take a little longer)

Yes, we understand that clients may battle with this and for that reason we can provide you with a sequence of ChatGPT Prompts tyo get your creative juices flowing.

These are provided on request after your onboarding meeting (after signing up).

Yes, if you prefer, we can do the content creation and/or copy writing for you, but this would be at an additional cost (Subject to a quote approval process).

We can have a website up and running within 7-10 days; however, this is subject to the timely receipt of your content. Without your content we can’t do much other than setup the framework.

In most cases we estimate 4-6 weeks, giving you time to prepare and send us the required content.

We don’t know you or your business, so we need the information to publish on your website. This is the content you need to supply, which comprises:

• Text – Written content.
  This is the written information about your business and about your products and services.
• Media – Images/Video.
  This is the images needed to represent your business and/or the products/services you offer (Video can also be used, where appropriate)
• Branding Information.
  We need your LOGO and if you have specific branidng guidelines, we need that too, which may include Font Choices *
• Google Account (Gmail) Access.
  We will also require access to your business GMAIL (Google Account). We strongly recommend having a seperate Gmail account for the business. This Gmail/Google Account will be used to setup Google Analytics, Google Search Console and the RankMath SEO Plugin. We recommend you also have your Google Business Profile Linked to this same account (GoogleMaps Listing).

* If you make use of Fonts that aren’t freely available for commercial use, additional costs may apply if a Font License is required.

We are happy to advise to help you get started. After sign-up you can discusss with us at the onboarding meeting. We also have a sequence of ChatGPT Prompts to help you, if necessary (on request only).

We do offer this as a seperate service, but it is NOT included with this offer. In order to have a location map embedded on the wesbite with the necessary business information; your business already needs to be listed on Google Maps.

Yes, we offer post delivery maintenance and updates. This includes content updates and technical updates as required. The costs are below:

• FREE – Minor Error corrections for 14-days after GoLIVE Date
• R199 p/Month for a BASIC Maintenance Plan
• R220 Once-Off for Ad-Hoc Technical Updates

Otherwise our standard rate of R360 p/hour applies (billed by the 1/4 Hour)

Yes, for general builds/requirements, if we make use of a PREMIUM (Paid) Plugin or Theme, we will set this up using our Developer license(s) as applicable.

For individual needs, if a Premium Plugin is required for specific functionality, this will be at an additional cost.
